It's hard to imagine that just 2 weeks ago, we were out at Tom and Cindy's lake house with most of their children having a delightful evening! Little did we know that less then 12 hours later, Aiden would make his debut (it must have been because he knew I wouldn't be able to top the delicious meal Tom made for dinner...). Joel braved the cool lake water and rode the jet ski most of the afternoon (he wouldn't let me ride because he didn't want to put me in labor- ha!), Liam experienced water balloons for the first time with the help of Heather, and we all got to experience our first tornado warning... praise the Lord it didn't amount to much in our area! Although this post is a little bit on the late side, I was reminiscing a bit, so here are a few of the pictures I took :)
Heather was the hero who filled up all the little water balloons for Emma and Liam!
My soaking wet little boy who would squeeze the balloons in his hands :)
Even more fun then that was giving the balloons to Emma,
saying "thank you" and watching her throw and pop them
Watching for his daddy out on the jet ski.
He was too timid to go with Joel and preferred to play with water balloons!
The kids watching some animal cartoon with Farmer Ben :)
Liam's favorite toy at the Hitz cottage
What would be a relaxing afternoon without a game of settlers?
And of course you can't end the day without ice cream!
